| This will surely be the largest deck and patio you've ever seen on any home, totaling an estimated 2343 square feet and running the entire length of this very long home! On one end of the deck is this 8' x 8' hot tub, where you will relax in the dappled, golden sunlight. The hot tub has just been fitted with all new working parts and controls. Overhead, under the second floor eve, are two mercury vapor lights which provide strong, but soft illumination at night. The privacy fence surrounding the hot tub area completely obscures the area, and entry and exit can be achieved through the adjacent fitness room, which connects with the hall bathroom. |

On the other end of the deck is a very large picnic table where you will probably want to eat half of your meals. A movable bar is perfect for throwing large parties.
If you are a dog lover, your dog will love you back for buying him this wonderful property. The entire property is fenced, both in the front yard and back yard. A gate between the two yards keeps your dog safe and secure in case you want to leave the entry gate open. For ultimate security (and especially for "ambitious" dogs), a gate from the hot tub area leads to an enormous, 1100 sf, natural kennel. If you don't have a dog, at least you will have a great place to host canine guests when your friends and family visit. And relax. |
